I chose to stay at Loews for its convenient location near Universal Studios, but I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious tapas-style menu and Caribbean dining options at the hotel. The rum tastings and fabulous ceviche made my stay even more enjoyable.
Shower broken. Lifeguards over-scan pool.

Loved the convenient taxi boat to theme parks, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and great on-site amenities.
Felt very welcomed, nothing too much trouble.

we had a fantastic stay at Loews. from the convenient parking to the extra friendly staff, the resort could not have been more amazing. the pool complex was lovely with ample sunbeds and a great pool bar. the breakfast was delightful, and Strong Water Tavern served excellent food.
Nothing that i didn't like 🙌
